Orders once confirmed may not be eligible for cancellation due to the nature of bulk metal and scrap transactions. However, cancellation requests may be considered if communicated immediately before processing or dispatch.

Refunds are applicable only in specific cases such as incorrect material delivery, damaged goods, or failure to meet agreed specifications. All refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Inspection & Verification
Customers are requested to inspect materials at the time of delivery. Any discrepancies or issues must be reported promptly with proper proof for further evaluation.
4. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original mode of payment or mutually agreed method.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be provided for delays caused by logistics, incorrect orders placed by customers, or changes requested after order confirmation.
